About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics in Tysons Corner Center, Tysons, VA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our brand culture and values, providing customers with a best-in-class retail experience.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
