Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on any security incidents or breaches.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to walk for one hour twice during an eight-hour period.
  • Ability to stand 25% of the time during an eight-hour period.
  • Ability to use a radio or telephone equipment.
  • Ability to operate basic computer software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a security management role.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Compensation

$17-$18 per hour.
