Job Summary

La Recamarera es responsable de mantener limpias y atractivas las habitaciones de los clientes, pasillos y reas pblicas del hotel, cumpliendo con los procedimientos del hotel y siguiendo las normas de la empresa y los procedimientos de seguridad. En algunos casos, esta funcin tambin sera responsable de realizar actividades de 'limpieza profunda' dentro de la habitacin de invitados junto con tareas de mantenimiento preventivo.

Responsabilidades
  • Se requiere una alta atencin al detalle y la capacidad de comunicarse efectivamente con los clientes y los miembros del equipo verbalmente o por escrito.
  • Deber de mantener un trato cordial y servicial hacia los clientes y entre los empleados.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de evaluar y seleccionar entre diferentes cursos de accin de manera rpida y precisa.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de desempearse correctamente en situaciones de alta presin.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de comunicar las informaciones e ideas de manera clara.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de mantener la regularidad en el trabajo, cumpliendo con las normas de Aimbridge Hospitality.
