**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team. This full-time, exempt position will be located at one of our school sites and will play a key role in bringing to life the academic and cultural visions of our schools.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality instruction to students
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with KIPP's academic vision and goals
  • Analyzing data to identify student academic trends and inform instructional practices
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong commitment to KIPP's mission and vision, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction to students. A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution is required, along with a valid teaching credential or eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit or Short Term Staff Permit.

KIPP Northern California offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and transportation benefits. Our estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
