Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Cornerstone Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate roofing sales through multiple channels of networking and prospecting
  • Conduct inspections of roofs and exteriors, documenting damage via pictures, measurements, and notes
  • Provide prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, and our background and services
  • Present findings to prospects and close roof agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds
  • Provide proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and construction projects
  • Be present at roofing and construction projects to answer customer questions and offer services to neighbors
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process
  • Attend sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Must have sales experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to carry and climb a ladder
  • Meets or exceeds sales goals
