Job Description

**About the Role**

Coverent is seeking a highly skilled Mission Specialist to join our team as part of a large, customer-run program in specialized mission-focused offices. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to the process that shapes government policy and impactful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing to support strategic operations.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports.
  • Develop and implement operational concepts, engage stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of operations.
  • Prepare and present written and oral briefings to all levels of customer management, effectively communicating complex information and insights.
  • Potential for TDY travel to support customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of additional relevant operational experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
  • Requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
  • High degree of personal integrity and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for deep dive packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer report writing standards and relevant certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic familiarity with tactical and strategic military operations and Intelligence Community partners.
  • Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.
  • Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
