YOUR ROLE:

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will:

- Execute a range of routine tasks associated with the care of acutely or subacutely ill patients

- Assist patients with their daily living activities

- Monitor and document vital signs

- Deliver compassionate and respectful care

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote patient well-being

- Observe and report any changes in the behavior and physical condition of patients

- Maintain a clean and safe environment

- Perform additional related duties as required

RN/Clinical Nurse

RN/Nurse Manager

RN/Assistant Nurse Manager

LPN

SUPERVISION:
None

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements:
No specific educational background required.

Experience Preferences:
No prior experience necessary; however, one (1) year of relevant experience is preferred.

Certification/License Requirements:
Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory before engaging in patient care.

(*Note: Complimentary BLS certification training is available on-site as part of clinical orientation if needed)

IMPORTANT:
Orientation requires your availability to complete Clinical Orientation during your first full week (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm).
