Odin Properties, a leading real estate development and property management company, is seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary function of this role is to efficiently and effectively complete resident work orders and turnovers in our multifamily apartment community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
- Ensure the maintenance area is clean and organized.
- Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to procure necessary parts and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Minimum two years of experience in a relevant maintenance field.
