Compensation: $28-$30/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts on-site maintenance and repair of semiconductor manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnoses and resolves equipment malfunctions.
  • Keeps accurate records and generates reports as necessary.
  • Collaborates with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Procures and installs necessary components.
  • Responds to urgent service requests as needed.
  • Trains customer operating staff on system functionality and upkeep.
  • Implements upgrades and modifications to machinery as required.
  • Stays updated on equipment and tools through relevant training and literature.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and security of company assets, including vehicles and tools.
  • Maintains professional conduct to uphold credentials for customer site access.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% initially (with 23 months of shadowing on various sites).
  • Position based in Polar, MN after training.
  • Day shift availability.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Strong customer interaction skills are essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with relevant tools are required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical challenges related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of company equipment is necessary.
