Customer Experience

As a Sales Associate at Anthropologie, you will contribute to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. This involves initiating genuine conversations to engage with customers in a personalized way, making all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.

Teamwork + Communication

As a Sales Associate, you will build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others. You will participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer. You will also contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.

Visual + Business Operations

You will understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift in order to impact the store's business. You will support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor. You will maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.

Starting from USD $14.00/Hr. Anthropologie Wage Transparency
