Job Summary

The Manager of Provider Recruitment will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent for physician and advanced practitioner positions. They will also serve as a resource and mentor to Provider Recruiters and Coordinators, providing guidance on employment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for physician and advanced practitioner positions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to Provider Recruiters and Coordinators, providing guidance on employment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a marketing and recruitment budget.
  • Lead global or local recruitment projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Operations Team, Credentialing Team, Practice Administrators, and Senior Leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on in-house physician recruitment.
  • FASPR (Fellow of Association of Staff Physician Recruiter) certification.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interview skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of provider recruitment strategies and methods.
