We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks, to meet customer expectations.
• Food and Beverage Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the food and beverage areas, to ensure a safe and healthy shopping experience for guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, beverage preparation, and food safety.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
