Job Specifications:

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid Washington State RN License
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Proficiency in managing patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Respiratory Distress, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Atrial Fibrillation (A-fib), Diabetes Mellitus (DM), and blood product administration.
- Experience with BiPAP, CVA overflow, and post-catheterization care.
- Ability to handle surgical patients, including vascular, abdominal, and gastrointestinal cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an ICU setting
- Familiarity with chest tubes, wound vacs, and dressing changes
- Competence in monitoring femoral arterial sheaths
Patient Care:
The nurse will typically manage a patient ratio of 2:1, with some instances of 1:1 care based on patient acuity. The unit consists of 20 beds.
