Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Duluth brand and product offerings to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and register transactions.
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
  • Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards to ensure a customer-ready sales floor.
  • Ensure Company standards for cleanliness are met in the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
  • Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
