Position Overview:

Employment Details:
  • Type: Full Time

Patient Care:
Expect to see an average of low to mid 20s patients per day, allowing for a manageable and fulfilling practice.

Compensation Package:
- Up to $260,000 during a 2-year guarantee period.
- Bonus eligibility from the first day of employment.
- After 2 years, annual earnings will be based on RVU production.

This position is situated within a newly established primary care service line, providing access to a comprehensive range of specialty services. Key details include:
- Engage in primary care with access to a 230-bed acute care facility.
- Enjoy a structured schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours, with the possibility of a 4-day workweek.
- Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management.
- Opportunities for teaching Internal Medicine residents are available.
- Physicians are encouraged to share their insights and collaborate with executive leadership, fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) candidates are preferred.
- Financial support for obtaining a state license is provided.
