The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and the location.
About the JobThis Registered Nurse role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care to assigned patients. As a clinical leader, you will provide direct nursing care, work within the nursing process, and assume relief charge duties when designated. Your responsibility will extend to ensuring adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Patient care assignments may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric age groups. You will also be responsible for participating in orientation and assuming precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel upon successful completion of preceptor training.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
- RN license in NM or reciprocal agreement by NM
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers certification within 30 days
