Job Title: Production Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Fleetwood, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and improve overall efficiency.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Work a rotating shift schedule to meet the needs of our 24/7 production operation.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in cement or heavy industry production, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
