Job Title: Senior Manager of Total Rewards

At GQR Global Markets, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join our Human Resources department. This key role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs.
  • Oversee the design, evaluation, and administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Manage executive compensation programs, including equity-based incentives and deferred compensation.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate total rewards components into the performance management process.
  • Utilize data analytics and benchmarking to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in total rewards management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with Workday, in particular the Benefits, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation Modules.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plan design.
  • Experience with benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation principles and governance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
