Job Title: Clinical Therapist - Mental Health Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LPCC to join our team at Search One Inc. as a full-time Clinical Therapist - Mental Health Specialist.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for treating a diverse range of patients with various age and behavioral health conditions in an outpatient setting. This role requires a minimum of one year of mental health experience and licensure in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to patients in both individual and group settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a very competitive salary range of $115K-$135K, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance to support your transition to our team.
