About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced per diem dialysis nurse to join our team. As a per diem dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Unencumbered state license
- BLS Card
- At least 1 year of dialysis experience
