Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Healthcare Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the University of Maryland Medical Center. The successful candidate will have completed an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program and have successfully completed NNP/PA Certification.
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts. Our hospital offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
Responsibilities- Provide highly intensive care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in professional practice activities, including education and research initiatives.
- Maintain current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
