Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to join our team at Tom Drexler Plumbing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to residential service calls, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, and resolving customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Remove old systems and install new systems; following the installation checklist.
  • Meet local HVAC codes and follow all safety guidelines that apply.
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with and train any install helpers assigned to work with you.
  • Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
  • Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed.
  • Learn product features and benefits.
  • Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
  • Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Quality HVAC expert & exceptional customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must have a Journeyman License in KY for HVAC in active status.
