  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work and restocking/replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hotel grooming standards and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Engage with guests in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Assist the food and beverage team as needed, providing support during peak periods and special events.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a bartender, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to pass TIPS certification/alcohol awareness training and food handler training.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
