About the Role
At the University of California, Irvine, we are seeking a qualified Mathematics Instructor to join our team. The position is available for temporary appointments, typically ranging from one quarter to a full year at varying percentages, depending on instructional need and the applicant's availability.

This role is ideal for candidates with a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field and a good teaching record. However, applicants with similar education or work experience will be considered. Appointments will be effective October 1, 2024, or later.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics courses, contributing to curriculum development, and mentoring students. A strong commitment to inclusive excellence is essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position, with an estimated annual salary of $68,247. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment.
