Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in the PACU. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and a strong understanding of post-anesthesia care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the PACU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- One year of critical care experience, preferably in the ICU or ED.
- Strong PACU/Critical Care experience preferred.
