We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Physician Empire in California. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Location and CommuteOur practice is conveniently located near Yuba City, Chico, and Sacramento, making it an ideal location for those who value a balance between work and personal life. With a commute time of approximately 20 miles to Yuba City, 40 miles to Chico, and 1 hour to Sacramento and Clear Lake, you will have ample opportunities to explore the beautiful Northern California region.
Practice DetailsOur practice has a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including 1 DO and 1 NP, who work together to provide comprehensive care to our patients. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to practice OB, depending on your training and experience. We offer a flexible schedule, with Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 5pm, and a patient load of 20-22 patients per day, with a goal of seeing 3 patients per hour.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $166,100 to $249,200, plus quarterly quality incentives. In addition, we provide 4 weeks of PTO in the first two years, increasing to 5 weeks in year 3, and observe 9 major holidays. We also offer federal and state programs for loan repayment, as well as a bonus for precepting midlevels ($500 per midlevel, up to 3 midlevels).
Technology and SupportWe utilize the Centricity EMR system to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. We also offer relocation assistance of up to $15,000 for approved moving costs, with the balance paid out upon completion of the move.
Education and TrainingOur practice is committed to providing opportunities for education and training, with medical students and midlevels rotating through our facility, as well as dentistry students participating in our training programs.
