Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Liaison to communicate with customers regarding their policies. The successful candidate will answer insurance related questions from policyholders, explain processes for claim handling and provide exceptional customer service.

  • A basic understanding of computer systems and the ability to input information accurately
  • Excellent telephone skills, including active listening and clear communication
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with customers
  • Good typing skills, enabling efficient documentation of customer interactions
  • Reliable transportation, facilitating timely on-site visits if required
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume environment, maintaining productivity and composure under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, as is a Property & Casualty insurance license
