About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Metal Product Assembler to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating steel and welding, with a focus on producing high-quality metal products. Key responsibilities include studying assembly instructions, fabricating and assembling structural metal products, reading blueprints and sketches, interpreting measurements, and operating equipment such as lathes, mills, drill-presses, press-breaks, shears, and cutting-tables.

A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fabricating steel and welding, and be proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. They will also have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fabricating steel and welding, and be able to perform both duties equally. The physical demands of the job include working with hands, lifting heavy objects, and standing on their feet for long periods of time often performing repetitive motions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.00 to $35.00 per hour and immediate benefits.
