Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nursing Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support to our pediatric and adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Provide Skilled Nursing Services: On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
- Current LPN License: Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Health and Safety: Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
