Porter Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter Assistant to join our team at Owens Realty Services. As a Porter Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Restock supplies and materials as needed
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 months of related experience and training
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 2 hours per day, 7 days a week, from 12pm-2pm. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
