Role Overview: As a Corporate Counsel, you will oversee legal matters to safeguard the organization's interests during contract negotiations, settlements, litigation, and operational practices. Your primary focus will encompass employment law, corporate governance, litigation assistance, intellectual property, financial crime prevention, and transactional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts while offering legal guidance to business units on matters such as software licensing, data protection, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis concerning commercial contracts and information technology law.
- Provide counsel to colleagues on legal matters related to commercial agreements, product development, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
