About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Soltesz. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for working on a variety of civil engineering projects, including land development, site planning, and construction document preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the preparation of project plans, including land development, site planning, and construction document preparation.
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare detailed design and drafting documents, including site grading design, soil erosion and sediment control design, and construction cost estimates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Research and understand relevant standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and site planning.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microstation and/or AutoCAD, excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
