About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Instructor to join our team at Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. As a Nursing Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by educating and mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Provide individualized feedback and support to students to ensure their success
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education
  • Participate in campus activities and events to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Master's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the area of instruction
  • Ability to meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position
  • Previous experience teaching nursing students is preferred
