About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Punch Bowl Social. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences and upholding the integrity of our beverage program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a team behind the bar to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service.
  • Follow steps of service to meet brand standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Use Aloha POS to enter orders and process payments efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash all barware dishes and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Rotate shifts as Bar Backs to support the team and ensure seamless service.
  • Be responsible for proper cash management and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of craft beverages and ability to execute at a high level.
