Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Operating Room with necessary equipment and supplies for patient care.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to implement a plan of care that prioritizes patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to aseptic technique and laboratory policies.
- Document quality controls and patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Either prior OR experience or graduation from an approved surgical technician program.
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
