• Greet Guests in a timely and friendly manner, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience.
• Present Menus and answer questions to enhance the dining experience, providing recommendations to suit our guests' tastes.
• Take Accurate Orders from guests and ensure their prompt delivery, collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Check in with Guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process Guest Payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain Cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring the dining area is well-presented and inviting.

• Proven experience as a restaurant server or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Basic Knowledge of food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is essential.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills are required to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial.
• Strong Teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary to ensure smooth coordination with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours is essential.
• Adherence to Health and safety regulations is mandatory.
