Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents with a range of mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
  • Supervise and train junior clinical staff in evidence-based treatments and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Completion of an APA-approved internship in Adult Clinical and/or Pediatric Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience serving patients across the mental health spectrum.
  • Experience providing clinical training and supervision, and a commitment to training the next generation of psychologists.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postdoctoral training and/or experience in Clinical Psychology.
  • Psychologist License.
