Job Summary
We're seeking talented and enthusiastic hair stylists to join our team. As a hair stylist with Great Clips, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills, and advance your career in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional haircuts and customer service to clients
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends
- Contribute to a positive and supportive salon environment
Requirements
- Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
