Job Summary

This role provides self-directed, effective nursing care to groups of patients and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, assess, and plan patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed practitioners.
  • Mentor and educate other staff members on best practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification from Know Stroke or APEX.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
