Role Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and proactive Lead Project Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team. Focusing on bespoke exhibits and displays, you will manage a range of projects, from straightforward setups to comprehensive installations. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming our clients' ideas into reality, ensuring exceptional quality for various projects including museums and branded environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main contact for clients, overseeing project specifics, budgets, and adherence to timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, production, and vendor teams to actualize creative concepts.
  • Quality Control: Uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and precision in all project deliverables.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor timelines, and proactively resolve potential challenges.
  • On-site Management: Supervise installation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Business Growth: Assist in identifying new client opportunities and contribute to the expansion of existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Education: A minimum of an associate's degree in marketing, fine arts, industrial design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in coordinating the design and execution of interior spaces, museum exhibits, or stage productions.
  • Skills: Strong project management capabilities, proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a talent for innovative problem-solving.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Project management certification, knowledge of construction processes, and experience in marketing and branding.
