Select Medical is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Rehabilitation for a per diem / prn nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

About the Job
  • Employment Type: Per Diem

As a Registered Nurse with Select Medical, you will provide advanced treatment and comprehensive care to best address the medical, physical, emotional and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiples traumas.

Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement.
