LPN/LVN Job Opportunity

As a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN), you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing exceptional care to patients. With a focus on rehabilitation and recovery, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to patients, including performing a broad array of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Work with a wide range of diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
  • Help patients work towards goals of being discharged and returning to their lives, families, and communities.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure appropriate to state regulations.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One or more years of experience within an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
  • Rehabilitation experience preferred.
