Job Summary: As a Sushi Chef at Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi products while ensuring compliance with restaurant guidelines, appearance, and code of conduct. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting food products for freshness, maintaining proper par levels and rotation, meeting budgeted food costs, and adhering to standardized recipes and portion volumes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and present sushi and sashimi products according to company specifications.
  2. Receive and inspect food products for freshness and quality.
  3. Maintain proper par levels and rotation of food products.
  4. Meet budgeted food costs and adhere to standardized recipes and portion volumes.
  5. Monitor kitchen staff performance and ensure compliance with restaurant guidelines and code of conduct.

Requirements: To excel as a Sushi Chef, you should possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be familiar with various sushi recipes and have the capacity to deliver high-quality products. A salary of $45 per hour reflects your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service.
