  • Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly lines.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing stations or shipping departments.
  • Mark materials with identifying information and record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Use a computer to enter records and compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
  • Drive a vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
  • Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments and prepare parcels for mailing.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
