About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate New Nurse Graduate to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or hospital services at one of our in-center units.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families
  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Contribute to training new staff members as directed
