Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • 6 months of clinical healthcare experience preferred.
  • Active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA) required for Certified Medical Assistants.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance available from day one.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education.
  • Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible coworkers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA.
