Youth Guidance Counselor

At the Maryland Division of Juvenile Services, we are seeking a Youth Guidance Counselor to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with youth and staff members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a residential or educational setting is preferred.
The duties of this position include:
- Providing supervision and guidance to youth residing in a facility
