We are currently seeking an exceptional **Chief Financial Operations Manager** to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Chief Financial Operations Manager at Access Holdings, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.

You will help develop and coordinate the company's financial planning processes, models, and systems, as well as provide corporate, management, and KPI reporting.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the company
  • Develop and coordinate the company's financial planning processes, models, and systems
  • Provide corporate, management, and KPI reporting
  • Partner across finance, operations, marketing, and other groups to drive results
  • Develop and leverage reporting and process automation tools to improve productivity in the finance organization
  • Continuously improve and evolve insights garnered through financial results and KPIs to positively influence a rapidly growing business
Requirements
  • MBA from top business school (preferred); bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience with audit or FP&A
  • Hands-on experience leading financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting; and ability to work with financial systems
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
