Role Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBT), you will engage directly with children and adolescents facing autism and related challenges. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies aimed at fostering skill acquisition and minimizing disruptive behaviors.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Current RBT certification or a commitment to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an RBT is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure: Active or eligible certification to practice as an RBT.
