Objective:
The Truck Loader plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading of materials onto delivery trucks. This position encompasses responsibilities such as order processing, load verification, inventory management, and customer interaction. Proficient operation of forklifts is a key requirement for this role.
Primary Duties:
- Guarantee the prompt and precise loading of materials while safeguarding against environmental factors and potential damage.
- Load materials onto trucks in a manner that minimizes risk of damage and complies with safety protocols.
- Assist clients and colleagues in finding and loading orders, managing returns and transfers, and offering general assistance.
- Maintain a tidy and organized staging area, report any inventory issues, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Follow safety regulations, report any equipment malfunctions, and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.
